"Fine. Couldve been a better stay."

The bars, reception area and lounge were great although the bar closed early. Great value pints during happy hour to 7pm

Room was quite dated. Dirty marks on the walls, water damage on the walls, no air con in the room ( they provided a fan though) and no sockets near the bed to charge phone. Hotel wasnt busy however still managed to put me in a room with the outer sign covering the view. Rooms dont look how they do on Booking.com. Reception staff didnt seem to happy. I spoke with multiple reception staff during my stay and it really didnt seem like they wanted to be there or help.

"The newly decorated bedrooms"

We were pleasantly surprised by the newly decorated room. Painted, papered, new carpets, bedroom furniture, and shower . From our last stay, the bedroom was transformed .

The bedroom was very warm. No aircon, but luckily, there was a plug-in fan.

Location great, beautiful hotel. Room great. Didn't have breakfast so unable to comment.

Heating on all night in bathroom and couldn't open window so a bit uncomfortable with this heat.
