The best thing about this place: the staff. Everyone we spoke to was amazingly friendly, warm, and helpful. Now for the bad news. - I was there for two nights. They did not make up our room. This would have been OK if we'd known this service would not be provided, but there was no warning. (And no, it wasn't one of those places where you could opt in or out of having your room cleaned - no way to request, no placard do hang on the door, no warning, nothing.). When we asked about it the person at the desk said "You should have requested to have your room made up if you wanted it." I have stayed in many hotels and NEVER have I encountered an unadvertised expectation that basic room refresh was my responsibility to arrange. - I know this is called a "hotel" but basically it's a motel. No restaurant. The breakfast buffet looked nice but there's no way to get some simple thing - it's either the whole buffet or nothing. - No pool. We didn't want one but it's worth knowing ahead of time. - It was fine - safe, clean enough, convenient - but significantly overpriced for what it was. Summary: I wouldn't run screaming from it but I'd certainly prefer to stay elsewhere in the future. Just average.

Recent bride here, if this came up as a recommended place to have a room or stay (for any reason) save yourself the time and energy! I had gotten a room block this past October and it was an absolute nightmare when it came time for accommodations for the wedding. If you’re looking for overbooked rooms, rude employees, “extra charges” and overall embarrassment- this is your go to place! To start, our suite was not available to check in on time. Our original booked room was given to another guest.. Not surprised as there were also many other events going on that weekend that when it came time for guests to check in, we were told they were overbooked but it “almost never happens”. Guests were downgraded previously booked rooms based on availability, and OTHER HOTEL GUESTS SWIPED INTO THEIR ROOMS as they were resting- as the front desk didn’t realize those rooms were already taken! Add that to workers NOT knocking on doors assuming rooms were empty to clean while those guests were NAKED AND CHANGING and you’ve got yourself a horrible real life sitcom but you’re the star of the show… I also booked a room to use as a bridal suite for the bridal party to get ready the day of the wedding and, what do you know.. mistake after mistake. The door was locked as workers couldn’t find the key and once they did? Guess what, they couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights! We also noticed the room was missing ordered supplies (once we could see)! With there ONLY being a time crunch of getting ready on time for my own wedding. Add that to management not accepting responsibility and specifically stating there’d be no refunds and there was nothing now that can be done. I’ve never in my life had a worse hotel experience- AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FROM START TO FINISH!!! Save yourself the time, aggravation, and money via hidden fees and STAY CLEAR!

Very very big and the room was nice and spacious! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I didn’t like how the breakfast wasn’t included.. and on top of it it was $17/pp. I know it’s nothing big but $17 is alittle high for what they were serving.

The staff was great. Especially Nurassa, she was friendly and provided great service in the restaurant.

The rooms were broken my entire stay I didn’t have a key so I had to keep asking someone to come unlock my room for me. Which was super inconvenient for me. Most times I was waiting 5-10 mins in front of my room before anyone came to unlock the door. This also gave me safety concerns because when asked what room i was in I would just say the number they don’t check my id or anything so anyone could of said they were in my room and got in. I wasn’t able to sleep due to this giving me anxiety the entire time. Also The floors had moisture it smelled like feet and mildew. I left my work bag on the ground and it was wet (which is crazy because the floors are carpeted?) Bathrooms were outdated and had rust in the tub.
