The pool is closed and that was one of the whole reasons we picked this hotel. That and the bar.

From the moment I entered the hotel across a beaten and worn rain mat at the entrance I knew I was walking into a neglected hotel. Despite a warm welcome from the desk clerk, traveling through the lobby, elevator and hallway to my room confirmed my worst fear that this hotel has no maintenance program in place. Cracked floor tiles, soiled carpet, chipped paint, visible drips on walls, lifted vinyl wall covering seams stapled to the wall, holes in walls from missing art work and white LED lighting did not make a great impression. Even the doors to the Grand Ballroom are covered in primer but not painted. The pool is out of order. The guest room was no better!…soiled carpet, chipped furnishings, wrinkled bed skirt and shower curtain was beyond disappointing. This “hotel” is worse than a European youth hostel. Clearly the ownership is cashing in on the Sheraton name, reaping in the profit from the room rate, and not putting a dime back into the property. The staff is very nice but clearly there is no leadership. This hotel is running on autopilot. It’s really sad.

The room had a big window water leak. The whole room was flooded middle of the night. Poor property maintenance
