"Super pet friendly, definitely recommend"

This hotel was very pet friendly, allowed our 30kg Alaskan Malamute stay with us and we didn't have any issues at all. Very spacious room, working air conditioning and a window that you could safely open. Nice sized bathroom. Allowed us to take breakfast up to room which was very convenient due to having a dog with us. Very friendly staff, very welcoming, would definitely recommend.

TV wasn't a smart TV which isn't the end of the world but would've been nice.

"Goed opletten, een upgrade is geen waar voor je geld"

Parkeren was geen probleem. Personeel was vriendelijk. Kamer was netjes.

Het enige maar dat is in elke Hilton/Hampton, verwacht niet veel van ontbijt. De voetbalkantine heeft nog beter eten, je eet van weggooiborden met weggooibestek, internationaal kan je het niet noemen, het enige gezonde is fruit (als er nog ligt) en yoghurt, ei is doodgekookt (smaakloos). Tja, misschien moeten ze eens even in Europa kijken en dan niet UK, kunnen ze wat van leren. Wij kregen via mail om te upgraden met uitzicht op de harbour, maar die ligt achter gebouwen, zoals de mail zich deed voordoen, leek er totaal niet op, met speciale stortdouche, welke in andere Hilton hiervoor gewoon een standaard douche is. Wij diende gelijk een klacht in, ze zou de upgrade prijs er weer afhalen en er was geen andere kamer, dus we mochten blijven in de kamer, ik zei al tegen mijn vrouw even opletten met uitchecken en ja hoor, niks genoteerd en upgrade stond er nog steeds bij, die is er alsnog afgehaald, maar dat ik vond mezelf wel in de zeik genomen met dit alles.
