La température très froide au niveau de la réception, car une porte du sas d’entrée était ouverte. Dehors il y avait beaucoup de vent et donc ça accentuait le froid ressenti.

Great location, clean hotel, nice beds; with fantastic breakfast options. We got complimentary water bottles at the reception. The water refill was available in the dining area. My child got a candy treat from the reception during the check in. Overall it was a nice hotel with a wonderful restaurant. The furniture was very comfortable.

• Some specific smell in the corridor and the room. It was causing me headache sometimes. • There was an issue with the bath tub drain plug, as it was closing by itself during the shower and it was inconvenient to open it. • No microwave in the room, but it was available near the reception. • It would be great to have YouTube on TV like in other hotels.

I liked that the team connected with me via text message, and was quick to respond back to me. The security feature in the elevator with the key cards was unique and reassuring. There was also an awesome variety for breakfast!

There wasn't a hot tub.
