Brad Vogel is hands down one of the best bartenders I've had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. His knowledge of drinks is outstanding, and every recommendation he made was spot on. What really sets Brad apart is his ability to make every guest feel welcome. He balances professionalism with a great personality, keeps the atmosphere fun, and never misses a beat even when things get busy. Excellent service, great conversation, and top-notch drinks. If you're lucky enough to have Brad behind the bar, you're in for a great experience. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always the stay was not great, but I am in town frequently for work and think each time, it wasn’t that bad, was it. Then I remember, it was. This time however, was definitely the worst of the worst. I check in digitally as I always do, I have my digital key, head to my room, as my key shows no issue, get to my room door to use and a message pops up, contact dress, key is not working. So I trot back down to the front desk, first to me told they can’t find my reservation, when I show them my app that has my info, they then tell me I was already here and checked in in-person, um, I didn’t. After stumbling around, they finally give me a key to a different room, I head back in the elevator, down the hall, to only walk into a room that already had someone in it. I then go back to the desk, they give me a different room. All this while never thanking me for being a Diamond member, accepting any responsibility for the extreme inconvenience this has caused. I had 2 more future stays here booked, and they are now canceled! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Shout out to my server, Juan, who was an outstanding server on an evening at the hotel! He was attentive without being overbearing and provided a welcoming attitude on every interaction. His hospitality truly elevated my entire evening.

Good check in experience with Albert when we arrived late at night with tired jet-lagged kids. He was very accommodating. Room could have been better placed and housekeeping didn't clean room in the middle of our stay as we requested. A few items needed more timely replacement in the room but overall my kids enjoyed the stay there, especially the heated outdoor pool!
