"Awesome location but our room might not have been worth the money."

The location was great!

Our room smelt so bad. It was like mildew but so strong. They offered to help spray air freshener in it but we had already tried that. They also tried to run my card after we checked out and received a final bill.

"Good but expensive"

This hotel is not in the very crowded hotel circle which is actually a plus. Walking distance to many restaurants and a very short drive to two different malls. There is EV parking using Blink. They struggled a bit during our stay as the elevator was out for an extended period of time. The gym is absolutely beautiful but you have to walk by the lap pool to get to it and I slipped both days on the water because there's so much water around the edge of the pool. The second day I got splashed so hard I was soaking wet as I left the gym. Again the gym is beautiful but it's dangerous getting to and from it because you have to walk by the lap pool. The staff were all very nice. And of course the reason to stay at a DoubleTree is the amazing cookies!
