Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chanhassen, MN

Expedia was notified two months ago that the Country Inn was going to be permanently closed but never let us know. Now you ask how our stay is. We got there and had to find another motel in a hurry. Thanks for nothing. You can bet that I will never use Expedia again and neither will my friends.

Hotel had a sign posted on the door that it was permanently closed. I did not receive any sort of notification of this. Luckily i was able to find a room at a different hotel on short notice.

Lots of maintenance issues, old, leaky windows and interior. Very good location to Chanhassen Dinner Theatre.

No hot water on Monday night. Mold in bathroom tub ceiling.

We would stay here again due to the proximity to the dinner theater and overall the hotel was fine. Some areas of improvement would be the shower head was very grimy and the shower surround needs to be re caulked as it was black in some areas and missing in others. The heater was also a pain because it was either on all the time so you’re roasting or off and you’re freezing nothing in between.

The property has a great location if attending Chanhassen Dinner Theater. However, it needs updates. Breakfast was just ok

The carpet in our room had a blood stain on it and it looked disgusting

This motel is great for convenience to the dinner theater. Easy walk back and forth. Has a great breakfast for the traveler. Rooms are neat and clean. Very comfortable to stay in.

Terrible experience with Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel there was no room reserved for me because Hotels.com had NOT sent the property a reservation request. When I called Hotels.com for assistance they kept insisting a reservation had been made in my name, which it had NOT done. They said it was NOT refundable when I asked them to credit me for the room. I had to work through my bank to dispute the charges.

Tired hotel.
