Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of shops and eating opportunities close by. The breakfast buffet was ok, nothing great.

My reviews are 95%+ positive. This is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We rented a whirlpool suite for one night as we were attending a concert next door. We arrived and had a first floor room. When we walked into the room we were met with a foul odor. There was litter on the floor showing that it had not been vacuumed. We needed to clean up fast to get to our event and when we went into the bathroom the smell was worse. When we opened the lid on the toilet it was full of urine and pubic hairs. Smell was horrible. You can check out the photos. Totally gross. As we were in a hurry I retrieved some cleaning supplies from our car since we had been shopping earlier. I disinfected the toilet and mopped the floor. The photo of the washcloth is what it looked like after I used it to mop the floor. Again, disgusting. There are missing tiles on the whirlpool and since there had been no cleaning or disinfecting we didn’t use it. Overall, the worst hotel experience we’ve had in the past 15 years. And there were ants crawling everywhere. Total bummer. Emailed general manager and didn’t hear back yet.

Older. Facility has need for some upgrades. Staff was welcoming and professional. Surrounding area is in need of some repairs (road and sidewalks

One morning we could only get lukewarm water. I reported to the front desk and all they would say was, "Wait 45 minutes." They offered no apology or real concern.

The stay was good we stayed 2 nights only 2 small hickups every time we left hotel the pass keys wouldn't work for the outside doirs or the room and had to be rescaned. And both days the showers were luke warm .

All in all a good experience

Pleasant staff. However the room we stayed in was less than desirable. There was an old rag hanging on the shower, there was hair in the tub jets, stains on the carpet, bedside lamp broken button didn’t allow use. The room is needing updates and I’d presume that’s the same thing for the other rooms too. This was a one night stay, a place to sleep and we weren’t impressed by the room and cleanliness inside of it.

Everything about my stay was great. I enjoyed my vacation exploring Prince’s legacy.

This is in a nice location. Different food options very close. Felt very safe. It is a very nice property.
