Good customer services and friendly staff place very clean breakfast very good

The hotel is literally minutes away from the train station. It couldn't be easier to access. The lobby is beautiful, design and the staff very friendly. The rooms are not as nice as the rest of the venue but they are clean and in good condition. We had a problem with the shower leaking and got a new room in 5 minutes. The breakfast is classic and the room a bit overcrowded but you have the option to take it to the lounge which is way nicer. If you want to leave the hotel, you have buses, subway and tramway on the other side of the street and you can walk to the center in less tan 15 minutes

Very nice hotel, with some old charm (high ceilings, spacious rooms), comfy beds. Great customer service. We would have preferred it was on the other side of the railway station.

Up to Ibis standards. As the Brits say, these chain budget hotels are “cheap and cheery.” Rooms are clean with two pillows and two bath towels. Plenty of hot water and the sheets are clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. The location is great for access into, out of, and all around Lyon, but otherwise is problematic for dining, shopping, and after-dinner strolls. The adjacent Georges eatery is convenient, but we had better dining below the Basilica in Vieux-Lyon. Overall, a fine place to stay near the train station for a couple of nights.

Good hotel, nice and friendly, helpful people on front desk. Great selection for breakfast. Room is very comfortable and clean. Only NO: hotel provides just 2 bath towels and only liquid soap and toilet paper (you need to have your own bar soap, tissue paper, shower cap...). No coffee maker or kettle in the room. Wi-Fi was very good. Hotel locate near train station, 15-20 min walk to the center plaza where you can find the Tourists office and bus tours.

Comfortable room, big bathroom!

It was a great hotel for the price - we were very happy with our room and the bathroom. The location was very good, near a metro and parking and walking distance to the major tourist areas.

A pretty standard affair. Not the best of areas but we'll serviced by public transport and a manageable walk to the main parts of the city. The hotel served it's purpose and is well priced.
