The location and breakfast

Staff were not helpful. From the front desk to all staff, no one helps guests with their luggage. Waited long enough before I was checked even though it was past 7:00pm.

La chambre est de taille correcte, le lit est confortable. Les bruits de la ville ne nous ont pas empêchés de dormir. La douche est grande, 3 produits proposés (shampoing, crème pour le corps et gel douche). Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire sur le petit-déjeuner, il n'y avait pas que des gâteaux. L'hôtel propose des plats chauds, œufs durs, pancakes faits par une machine (pas excellents) céréales, Porridge, yaourts, fruits (Pommes et bananes), jus de fruits, pain de mie et bien sûr les boissons chaudes. Globalement, le petit-déjeuner est correct. j'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement, non loin des lieux principaux à voir. Toronto est une ville relativement chère, celui-ci était bien placé et moins cher que les autres hôtels du centre, mais le tarif reste élevé.

The location is perfect because it is a central location. The parking was fantastic as well and very convenient to get to. All of the staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast has almost everything imaginable and exceeded my expectations. Rooms were very clean and the main lobby had a fully stocked store to purchase bottled drinks, midnight snacks, and frozen dinners.

The TV wasn't the greatest because there was no guide and not much more than news stations.

출장으로 토론토에 갔었고 행사장과의 위치나 동선도 너무 좋았습니다.

다른 방과의 소음 차단이 일부 아쉬웠습니다.
