It was very well localized in the heart of the city, ie Old Town. You can walk to Shopping centers at Eaton in 10-15 minutes and to St. Lawrence Market within 10 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee service 24 hours at the ground floor. Reception is very good and helping.

Rooms can be heated more or the snowstorm temperatures were too low to overwhelm conditioners during my visit to Toronto.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans le centre de Toronto est vraiment top. Le personnel

Avant notre arrivée, j’avais contacté l’hôtel pour savoir comment rejoindre l’établissement depuis l’aéroport, voyageant avec mes deux filles. On m’a écrit qu’il suffisait d’appeler depuis le point info afin qu’un shuttle vienne nous chercher. Confiants, nous avons suivi cette instruction. À l’aéroport, on nous annonce une attente de 50 minutes. Après 1h30 d’attente, à 22h30 avec deux enfants fatigués, on nous informe finalement qu’aucun shuttle n’existe pour cet hôtel et qu’il fallait prendre un taxi. Payer un taxi n’est pas le problème, mais cette mauvaise information nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps et d’énergie. Ensuite, la chambre de la première nuit était extrêmement bruyante. Au vu du prix (près de 500 USD la nuit), j’ai demandé à changer. La chambre suivante, plus calme, avait une baignoire cassée, une climatisation très bruyante et quasiment pas de place pour deux valises. Au final, malgré la localisation et le personnel très accueillant, la qualité des prestations est loin d’être à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Très déçue.

The breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. We felt safe and well taken care of. Uzair was an excellent welcome after a long trip...very helpful and polite

The car entrance area at night seems a bit 'unguarded' ...especially for guests wanting some outdoor night air.
