"Better Than Others"

The breakfast area was not kept clean. Coffee grains were in the coffee, cups and lids were not refilled in a timely manner. Front desk employees were hospitable and helpful. The room was nice, had a great shower and the bed slept well. Did not like the bare floor, felt grainy. Definitely need your slippers.

Pros: The room was clean. There's a Cracker Barrel right next door that has curbside pick up. The rate was reasonable. Cons: The doors are loud even if closed slowly, so I could hear every time someone in a nearby room closed their door, which made it a restless night. If I was staying for more than one night I would have considered changing hotels.

The room wasn't ready on time then we were unable to shower arm was broke sink stop up..AN THE COUCH BED WAS FILLED WITH BED BUGS ..have video....they had no rooms for us to safe was told money will be refunded...need this address

Easy to find, friendly staff, amenities were great! U get a toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant as part of the bathroom goodies Good breakfast, lots of options including waffles, bacon, pastries, and oatmeal Not so great - lumpy mattress and room needs a paint refresh, bathroom door and walls have major scuff marks/scratches
