"It was good stay"

"Accommodation was adequate but not up to my expectations for a Sheraton hotel."

Room size and bed was comfortable.

Shower/bath diverter valve was defective. Requested it be fixed but problem was not resolved. There was no dresser in the room. Just a cabinet with open shelves. Accommodation felt more like a lesser chain motel than a Sheraton hotel.

We had not planned to stay in Allentown, but while traveling through we were in accident and had to get our car repaired. Staff was so accommodating and allowed us a late check out when the car was not ready. Really helped us through a stressful 24 hours!
