Four Points by Sheraton Allentown Lehigh Valley

Great and spacious rooms

Pool was ridiculous at highest 5 feet and lowest 3 feet, and it looked dirty for me even to actually use it when I looked at it.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in Allentown while our marching band was competing in nationals, and it couldn’t have been more convenient—right by the stadium and directly across from Dorney Park. I worked with Saran Diallo, the sales manager, to coordinate our group stay, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was efficient, patient, and incredibly helpful as we navigated many questions. She ensured our students and staff were placed together and arranged a base of operations so we could easily serve breakfast to everyone. Thanks to her organization, check-in was smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was great. Our rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night. The parents even enjoyed singing karaoke after dinner, which made the trip even more memorable. I would gladly return to this hotel and work again with their fantastic staff. Highly recommended for group stays!

Nice staff and convenient location.

Crumbs on room sofa upon arrival, electric sockets did not work well, bathroom light did not always go on, room phone was not working. Some of this was the result of a semi/power failure in the hotel on our 10/18-10/19/2025 stay.

Very convenient location

Our second stay this year, and although we were throughly satisfied the first time with professional and competent staff, our recent staff seemed to have several inexperienced staff which resulted in mistakes and misunderstandings. An example , our room was cleaned only once, on our fourth, last day.

When we got to the hotel, they had no room for us and no solution. We had to go home. They said we would not be charged, nothing else. I got charged and am still fighting to get back my $300 for their mistake - not to mention a canceled trip.
