"Amazing hotel and amazing manager!"

After a debacle with Booking.com left us without the room we had paid for the manager Saran absolutely saved the day and came to the rescue! She worked tirelessly to make sure my girlfriend and I had a place to stay and made turned an almost disaster into an amazing experience. The room was clean and we have zero complaints. Stay at this hotel!! The amazing staff will make sure you are taken care of!

"Navy Ship Reunion"

A group of us spent a week at Four Points for our Navy ship reunion. We organized our trip and the use of the banquet room with Saran. Saran was just wonderful, she answered all of my questions with a smile and made planning our event so much easier. Everything was just perfect. Our rooms were fantastic and the entire staff was friendly and eager to help. The front desk staff were always polite, particularly Abdou with his great smile and attention to customer service.

Pool was great, actually warm. Perfect location for Dorney Park. Staff was very friendly.
