"Caroline is the Star of the Resort!!"

I was looking for a nice place to stay before my Cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. Some of the beachfront places are nice but a bit pricey so that lead me to Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale West. The property was very nice and the location was great. Some reviews have made valid points about some of the room decor needing a refresh, but it was very comfortable and clean and was a great spot to visit. I will say, that the absolute star of the entire visit was Caroline at the front desk. She checked me in and was an total angel in the entire process. Caroline is exactly what Marriott needs as a representative and the perfect ambassador for hospitality. Thank you for having Caroline to make my visit absolutely perfect.

"Great Stay!"

This was our first time staying at this location and we enjoyed our stay. Great location. The front staff were all nice and welcoming especially Ms. Wendy who was very helpful, accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable. The rooftop pool and exercise room were also a plus. Will definitely stay again!

I love Ms. Wendy she is always so accommodating and the engineer guy put up a sign up for my bday (April 5th) that made my entire day when I saw it. This is the best hotel in the area if you ask me everyone is super friendly and made me feel comfortable!
