"I would still recommend this hotel for any purpose of stay"

Overall experience is not that bad, including the cleanest of room and valet parking service agents , the only thing is when I tried to join the world of Hyatt at the check-in, that is an issue.

"Beautiful hotel but lack of housekeeping was a minus"

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean on arrival. We really appreciated the water stations on each floor. The gym was also great.

We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping never serviced our room. When I mentioned this at checkout, I was first asked if I put a no disturb sign on the door, and the front desk clerk checked the computer for a long time. I said I didn’t. I was then told that housekeeping is every fourth night?

"Solid Stay All Around"

Huge shoutout to Makala at the front desk for exceeding expectations and made our check-in very smooth. Housekeeping was very responsive, and valet was busy but handled things well. The pool area was clean (we spent most of Sunday there), and the Grand Club had solid snacks. One small piece of feedback since it rained Sunday, all the cabanas were open and unused. I asked if I could use one with World of Hyatt points or get a weather-related discount, but it sounds like the ResortPass system limited any flexibility there. Would be great if there was more leeway in situations like that. Overall, excellent stay and will come back.

"Overpriced parking"

Parking is super overpriced. $42 which is more than Disneyland…. Just be aware. Seems like they make all their money from parking lol

"The Secret Is Out"

The hotel is in an ideal location of Orange County centrally located to everything from beach to shopping to Disneyland to John Wayne airport to exercising along the river or at the Great Park. The pool area is the best of all Regency(s) in SoCal. It’s large enough to host events of all sizes but the staff makes your stay feel personal. They hosted a Guacamole Making event with one of their chefs out on the large patio that kids and big kids like me enjoyed laughs together.
