The Crossroads Hotel - Newburgh

There was no ice,pool, laundry, breakfast, coffee. Which all these things I wanted when booking the room. They didn't clean room and change towels. I had to go to front desk every other day to ask for clean linen. There were welfare family's living in hotel. Kids were running all over the halls and lobby all hours of day and night. The welfare people living there were always outside drinking and smoking pot. They took the 4 handicap parking spots so no one else can use them. I paid for the travel protection and wanted a refund to go to another hotel after 2 nights in the hotel I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked twice to speak to manager I was told he is not on premises. Room was filthy. I received bug bites.

Very clean rooms.The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations as well as directions.I would recommend this hotel for a getaway close to home.Will book again.

No restaurant .

All you could smell throughout the hotel was pot. The young lady at reception was not very nice. We were on the 2nd floor and they were smoking in their room.

The staff was nice. The rooms we fine. They accommodate you if you need the rm earlier. Overall nice.

The only thing I didn't like that it is also used to shelter homeless people. But they were very nice. Did feel a little bit uncomfortable someone was definitely smoking weed. You smelt it in the hallway....
