The Crossroads Hotel - Newburgh

It was convenient location.

They had a pool that we would have used because it was swimming weather, but it had gone green. Room service was hit and miss. I had to ask several times for coffee and one time toilet paper. There was a very basic coffee filter machine but would have liked a jug to make a cup of tea, but no option to have a tea.

People smoke in these rooms. We had to change 5 times to find one.

Thin walls and loud neighbors didn’t get much sleep

I liked the room. Very cozy.

Some wear and tear on the ceiling and windows though. And around the toilet and shower areas. Crumbling paint and set in stains. Occasionally the sheets have stains. Also I never got my security deposit back from my most recent stay. I had two separated bookings. Extending from one night to 3. I had to pay security deposit for the first booking and the second. Never received my deposit of $115 back for the second booking

Staff was great

Extremely outdated Ceiling paint was peeling Bathroom was not vacuumed

The location was very good and the bed was very comfortable.

The bar was not open and did not have a breakfast.
