The location is convenient. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The water fountain ambiance was nice. The staff were friendly.

The place was very outdated and there is clear lack of maintenance. Half the walls had damage, cooling/heating vents very dirty blowing onto ceiling. Blood stain on the bed skirt. Mystery brown stain on wall in room(looked like feces). Half the fountain in the lobby didnt work. It seems its time for an update or new management.

The room had cleaning rags left in it. There was stuff on the floor behind table from previous guest. The rub was rusted. The sink over fill drain had nasty visible build up. The bathroom floor was nasty. The wallpaper was peeling and turning colors
