"Booking paid in full, yet one of my guests was billed."

Had a group reservation for an event. After my CC was billed for all expenses, we discovered that one of our guests was billed in error for over 700 dollars in error. Cannot reach anyone at the hotel to figure this mess out. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. DO NOT RECOMMEND EMBASSY SUITES FOR GROUP BOOKINGS.

Love the omelets. Huge room, comfy beds, quite, great location. Their signature center courtyard always creates a connection and fun energy. Evening happy hour is always appreciated and brings every one out.

Wonderful staff & food. However for $355+ per night we felt the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Room needed a deep thorough cleaning.

Location, adjoining rooms. Having enough sleeping arrangements to accommodate all.

The one room only had pillows for one bed and none for the other bed or for the hide a bed, When asked the staff for more pillows was told that they would put in a request to housekeeping, this was at 9:00pm. I then messaged and they brought pillows. Room 433 the shower curtain rod was loose. Room 434 the table legs were loose.
