Only 2 elevators to the floors, ONE ELEVATOR WAS CONSISTENTLY BROKEN!!!!

The hotel appears somewhat dated and does not quite match the images posted online. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch. However, the room itself was in need of upgrades, and the overall interior of the hotel could benefit from a facelift. Additionally, there were several closed businesses on the M level within the hotel, which made parts of the property feel a bit inactive. The most concerning issue was the condition of the room. When we first walked in, there was a slight smell of cannabis, the fixtures showed significant wear, and the beds were not very comfortable. While the surrounding neighborhood is pleasant, the hotel is not as close to the main Washington, DC attractions as one might expect. Transportation to the major sites required rideshare trips that averaged about $40 each way.
