Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion

There wasn’t anything that was good about this location I’ve stayed at many embassy suites this is by far the worst location I have stayed at

Room was not clean empty drink bottles behind night stand sheets were inside out baby bottles behind the bed along with flower pedals (gross) which as grown adults know why those were there. Pulled the pull out bed on the couch for my children there was crumbs all along the top of the bed from not being cleaned.Gunk and dirt built up around phone piece elevators were not working properly est 5 min wait each time wifi would not work in the room there were no towels in the pool area kids had to walk back to the room soaking wet and cold leaving slip hazards for other guests. The staff was not personable nor helpful at all could not even give me details about onsite parking. The tv had very minimal channels just overall very very poor experience i have never complained about any of the embassy suites i have stayed at but this was just 100% pitiful for Hilton and for me paying the amount of money i did for one night.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and cocktail hour.

Escalators not all working.

Not their fault but when we arrived they had us booked for two rooms!!!!! We only stayed in one but I got bill for two separate rooms.. Stayed in room 823 for 3 nights. The other “ booking “ was for 2 nights and should have been cancelled. American Express will be dealing with this. No humans at desk and they blamed Booking. Com

Breakfast was okay. Cook threw my food at me and was rude, but everyone else was cool. Hotel was super clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient.

I didn’t like that i ordered an omlet and the cook put it on my gf’s plate. I told him it was the wrong plate and he pushed the plate back at me and told me we can just switch plates. I have food allergies that she doesn’t, so that just was totally rude to me.

good size room but not worth the price

too many to count. room was TOO HOT and they don't have any fans or any way to rectify this. spent 90 minutes trying to get a fan. poor location, no local restaurants or bars closeby

Liked the indoor pool, even though there were no towels and the staff was not helpful in getting towels. The beds were comfortable and the room layout was nice

The room was dirty, the bathroom ceiling had water stains and mildew. Drywall repairs were unfinished. Crumbs on floor and a slightly funky smell. The parking was expensive but it is a very nice parking garage so I guess thats fine.
