"Worst experience!!"

This Embassy Suites should not be allowed as part of the Hilton brand. Horrible service and so many things in the room and in the hotel do not work. Google Embassy Suites Chevy Chase news and you will see this hotel has really struggled since the pandemic. The hotel’s general manager refuses to respond to my multiple attempts to resolve billing issues after a 16-night stay in April 2026. Recommend staying elsewhere!

Very nice customer service! Big portion sizes for meals! Breakfast, snacks, and drinks complementary

Pool hosts swim lessons that aren’t included on the informative list of when hotel guests can’t enter. Jacuzzi is missing bubbles as part is broken so was just a hot tub. There’s no guard or any attendant up at pool level to ensure rules were being followed and the towels provided on that level were empty. Parking garage not free parking!
