Econo Lodge Franklin

Unclean area around this and neighboring hotels. Has a lot of traffic all hours of the night. Room was worn out and bath tub was pretty gross.

Worst place ive ever stayed

Small run down motel situated between 2 other motels. Sketchy buildings & area. Felt very unsafe. Motel looks nothing like pictures and didn’t have documented offerings. Our room was COVERED in mold. Told front desk, the only other room they had didn’t have A/C or heat. Front desk acted perplexed & said “no one else had ever complained.” Its clearly visible, so are they not cleaning? Do they just not care? Very hazardous! I believe it was room 103. Also ground lvl w/ slide open window. (Wld not recommend for solo or female travelers.) Checked out & got a refund. Front desk person was nice, that’s about all I can say.

The shower in our room didn’t work and there were no employees around to even tell someone about it. The bed seemed clean enough but everything else was kind of sketchy looking. The employees are always either no where to be found or standing outside smoking, but they were at least a little friendly.

Absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the bed including mold, smoke detector was missing with wires exposed. Hair in the tub. We ended up leaving and sleeping in the car. I asked the front desk for new sheets and got the following response “ yeah I know but that is all we have right now. We are waiting for a shipment” I said okay.. also the smoke detector was yanked off the ceiling with wires hanging down. The front desk said “yeah we needed the batteries, but there is another one in there” There was not another one in there. Then I said the dresser was kicked in to which she said “yeah, we already knew about that, don’t worry we have your back” Absolutely terrible experience. We checked out after the concert and slept in the car.

Lock doesn’t even lock to keep people from coming in and out of exterior door. Towels and bedding all stained. Walls are stained and dirty, bathroom was literally disgusting and had actually dirt in it-not just way outdated. I got in too late to realize what a dump this place was-one night was more than enough and the pictures are an absolute lie. Grossed out!

Not satisfied with stay at all lady at front desk was very rude things in the room falling apart bed hard the pillows were flatter than a pancake would not recommend to anyone

The air conditioner fan barely was working

Found mold on the ac vents and ice machine room super loud

Had 2 rooms- The king bed was so comfortable! Could have used that 4th missing pillow though. Clean and quiet.
