Econo Lodge Franklin

Simply awful. Stained sheets, inoperable doors, broken shower faucet, housekeeping didn’t make up the bed for 3 days, questionable folk hanging around the entrance 24/7. Clearly zero expenditures on maintenance/upkeep. Rude/apathetic staff topped off the experience. You get what you pay for; cheap in every sense of the word.

Very sketchy crowd always in parking lot, hair in shower, entire building smell like smoke, noisy, traffic constantly in hallways….however, the room was decent and bed comfy. It just felt weird like in a movie. The management, staff just very strange characters like American Horror

Room was missing fire/smoke alarm

Didn't accommodate for handicap, I wanted coffee when we checked out and was given a hard time when I ask for it. We needed a shower chair for handicap room but was told that they didn't have one or a roll in shower that the listing showed. Very bad attitude when it came to our needs.

The person at the front desk was pleasant and the bed was comfortable, but that’s the only positive we could find. The parking lot was in need of repair and very dimly lit. There was hair in the sink, in the bathtub. Sticky stains on the wall. No instructions for wifi or the TV. No breakfast in the morning. Only had one pot of coffee and there was no creamer. Have stayed in a lot of lower end hotels and this was one of the worst.

We didn't check on because of the people around and inthe parking area, they looked like they were doing drugs and looking into vehicles. We felt unsafe so much we left.

2nd floor stairs. Wasnt ready for that. My fault I suppose. Pleasant clerk.

All I need in a hotel/motel stay is quiet, clean, friendly and a comfortable bed. This establishment checked all the boxes and I will happily stay there again. Excellent value!

Parking lot was very sketchy. People that seemed to be up to no good in the middle of the night outside. Front desk attendant was nice, bed was ok. The A/C unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned (the vents) in a long, long time.
