Close to places to eat and close to the interstate. There was a problem with my room and the front desk person gave another room and I was very happy with that

We were traveling through and needed a place to stay for the night. We took a chance on this motel and are glad we did. The price was very reasonable…to the point that when I asked the cost of the room and was told what it was I didn’t expect much. Boy was I surprised. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. They did not have breakfast available but did have fresh coffee. Waffle House was just next door, so no problem. I recommend this motel.

I read a lot the negative reviews and was a bit nervous about staying here…but it really was pretty nice. Everything was tidy and clean and basic as we needed it for an overnight stay. The bed was comfy and we slept well. I’ve paid a lot more at other places that weren’t as nice.

a package was delivery for usps and front desk say is not delivery ...so really bad attitud she don't want double check to mailbox or she keeped.

DO NOT STAY HERE! An infestation of bed bugs. They were on both beds, and the lamp shade. I still cannot close my eyes.

We booked through Priceline and they booked our flight at the same time as checkin. We were not made aware that only the manager can check people in so when we arrived early in the morning we were turned away and had to sleep in our car and it was 40 degrees! We had to run around Franklin until 3:00pm just to check in to a room we had already payed for. The manager was VERY rude. She had a bad attitude the second we stepped in the door and only changed her tune when my husband gave her his military ID. The hotel refused to refund us for the entire stay we had payed for and made us pay AGAIN for the 5 days so we were charged twice. The room was ok very small and the headboards were disgustingly dirty and smeared with what I assume is bodily fluids. The TV was damaged the screen’s LCD was burnt with large round circles.

It was loud staff was rude the beds are hard as rocks couldn't sleep because of all the noise it was a bad experience

Lobby area was nice. The side door to go outside was propped open. There was a card slide device but don't know if it actually worked.

You get what you pay for. If you need to sleep a few hours while traveling, then this is perfect. Room had a musky smell, people hanging out in the parking lot drinking in a truck bed. Several other just hanging outside in chairs smoking

The Orbitz app indicated breakfast was included, however at the hotel we were told they were not serving breakfast due to COVID-19. I think the staff were lying because none of them were wearing face masks which they should have been wearing if COVID-19 was such a threat as they perceived it to be. Very disappointed that the coffee wasn’t ready in the morning too.
