This is a tired, old property that isn't worth the low price. There are better choices across the street.

Front line staff was good. Didnt need anything. For a low cost alternative, recommend bringing in your own sheets and comforter. The comforters were very stained. Found it out next morning when fixing the bed. Excessive Cigarette buds outside the alternative entrance. Website states Free Breakfast but still not offered due to "COVID" per staff. It is deceptive as that was one of the reasons for us to book this place. Besides, its open everywhere else. You get what you pay for. There are better alternatives. This will stand at second from the bottom of my list.

The front desk lady was excellent. She was a great help in figuring out a cell phone issue. Rooms needed alittle more tender care. Your picture is not right in front desk area. But pullling off hughway to sleep was ok but price was steep.

The room was dirty as all hell. Human hair sprawled out through the bed and it’s sheets. There were stains on everything, the shower head didn’t work, the property it self wasn’t even secure. You could walk in and out as you please

Paid extra for a room with breakfast. Got to hotel to find out they are not serving breakfast until January 2023. Would have stayed elsewhere if i knew

The staff was friendly and supportive.

We ended up here only because there were no hotels with openings, as it was race weekend.Outside was sketchy. Dumpsters full of stuff in the parking lot, man sitting right outside of the hotel doors in a lawn chair, dozing in and out. Once we got inside the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful, and the room was cleaner than I anticipated after seeing the outside. Neighbors were very loud overnight, but that was no fault of the hotel. You did did not need a hotel key to get into side doors of hotel, which I didn’t like.

Rooms were clean & safe.

It was ok, a place to sleep when my other 2 reservations fell thru, but it was more expensive, and way less amenities. They didnt even have breakfast or coffee although it was stated they did. Staff wasnt very friendly either. But overall the room was clean. They also do not have an elevator.

Even though the hotel has seen some years, our room was very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.
