"Comfortable, peaceful and in an idyllic setting"

So comfortable and peaceful in an idyllic setting. Loved the LazyBoy sofa. Spent a couple of hours just sitting on the deck watching the birds and wandering around the beautiful gardens. We’ll be back!

"Serene, peaceful and relaxing."

When we arrived, we could not believe how peaceful and beautiful the home stay was. When we went and explored the yard I could not have been more happy. Best holiday spot ever. Above and beyond what I ever expected.

Matai Huka was lovely - out of town and a little tricky to find the way in through outbuildings, but once we got to our room, it was gorgeous - spacious and elegantly appointed, lovely view of open grounds. Make-it-yourself breakfast was provided in the kitchen area, with various options. Hostess very friendly and charming.

Check-in location could have been easier.

A very NZ breakfast- cooked and continental breakfast. :)

There was nothing we didn't like... but I could not find the iron so my finding skills are lacking.
