While the stay had a few positives, there were several issues that made my experience disappointing. First, the cleanliness was not up to standard—the room had noticeable dust, and the bathroom didn’t feel properly sanitized. It made it hard to fully relax. The customer service was also lacking. Staff seemed uninterested and not very responsive when I had questions or needed assistance. A more welcoming and helpful attitude would have made a big difference. Another downside was the noise level. I could easily hear people in the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Lastly, the amenities didn’t match what was advertised. Some items were missing or not functioning properly, which was frustrating considering the price I paid. Overall, I expected better quality and attention to detail. I hope improvements are made for future guests.
