"Staff was great but definitely won’t be booking here again."

Front desk staff was extremely kind and friendly, nothing about my negative review reflects any of the staff and these things are far out of their control.

No where was it advertised on booking or even on the property’s website that the pool and hot tub were down for an entire month. We booked this hotel as it was close to family and we were driving from Olympia Wa and wanted to utilize these amenities after a 7 hour drive. The bed was the worst hotel bed I’ve ever had the misfortune of sleeping in and I’ve stayed in some shady places.

"Good value when traveling with a dog"

Traveling with our dog. They accommodated that with a twenty dollar fee. Good breakfast at 6am.

"The building is rundown. facilities and food sub par. Would not stay here again."

Conveniently close to everything I needed during my stay.

The hallways and room did not smell good. The interior of the building was very tired and worn out looking. The pool was overrun by screaming children for hours. The other guests were very noisy until late in the evening. The breakfast food did not taste good and we chose not to eat breakfast there after the first day. The elevator was exceptionally slow.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. When something went wrong, they took care of it very quickly. Thank you very much for that.

Upon arrival, the room we got wasn't very clean as soon as we mentioned something, They switched us rooms to a much cleaner room and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Location and comfort. Staff was friendly and cookies were good!

Some homeless people in the park next to the hotel going through garbage cans in front of hotel and parking lot. They weren’t bothering people.
