"Uncomfortable knowing I had to sleep on a bed that I don’t know for how long it’s not made properly."

Lcation

It was not clean. They did not change the bedding set. The towels were dirty, everything was dirty. Very disappointed because I always stay in the Hampton hotels where ever I go m, and this specific hotel is not as clean for sure as the rest. Very disappointed with this location.

"We rented the room so our girls could swim. It was part of their Christmas grift"

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room we checked into was dirty. Had not been. Cleaned. The pool was not heated. It was at 15 degrees. The hot tub had very little water and was not working.
