Sólo había un ascensor y lo hacía muy lento ante una convocatoria muy grande por la Copa del m7ndo Pésima conexión Internet Desayuno malo,mal atendido,personal muy mal educado.No había reposición incluso dentro de la hora. El barrio sucio,mucho hoteles,NO SEGURO Estacionamiento nocturno muy caro.

I liked the staff

Cable services would stop working. Shower was cold. Room was dirty and mattresses were very uncomfortable. Rooms / Suite was really small.

Very good location, city is under work, but overall it was well located

They don't have on site parking making it $55 per night. Attention was bad and the rooms weren't great, AC smelled humid whne coming into the room, walls and ceiling were not taken care of properly, wifi was bad, TV service was catastrophic as they claimed to be eorking from a dish for DirecTV, which wasn't even the case.

As a first time visitor, the location around was dirty- seems to be run down by homeless people and didn’t feel safe. I ordered a Lyft to go and when it came, the elevator wasn’t working and I stood upstairs for about 7 minutes and the driver left and charged me for no-show. I called the front desk and was told the elevator was broken and to use the stairs from 5th floor- I went downstairs and realized I used the wrong elevator- service one and ended up trapped by trash. I called again and the lady at the front desk sent the security upstairs and he totally ignored me and didn’t say a word so I had to ask a guess for directions. I was disappointed and decided to cut my trip from June 5th -8th to the 7th which was Sunday morning. To my surprise, when I checked out, the guy at the front desk said because I was checking out earlier than expected- my money wasn’t refundable. It just such a shame that people can steal your hard earned money when this was supposed to be a weekend getaway to relax. I am not sure if this will get anywhere, but I am not happy, your staff needs training and it’s unfair to pay for a night I didn’t spend there.

Location of the hotel was very close to the location of the event (The Masquerade). The valet and initial check in staff were very kind and helpful.

Coming in from another state, I was completely unaware of all of the construction going on, preventing us from getting to the hotel and having to ask construction crews how to get where we needed to go. The A/C didn't work in the lobby, so having to stand there for 10-15 min in an extremely stuffy room with sweat rolling down my back was not the best. The room itself felt very damp the entire time. The toilet didn't flush properly. The woman who did my check out was not kind or helpful. I thought I had left something in my room and instead of telling me she needed to see my ID (which was in my car due to packing up to leave), she came across as rude. She asked me when my checkout time was since I didn't give her my ID. I told her my checkout day was Saturday (5/30) and she never asked for my ID. She then looked at me and said "then I need your ID." Really not the best way to start a morning in thinking I've lost something valuable and dealing with a staff member that didn't seem to give a shit. All she did was give a room key so I could look in the room and didn't offer anything more. The woman working security at the time was very kind and helpful to me though. She offered to come up with me and help me look and took my information. Luckily, I did find what I had lost!
