I liked the town of Hurricane, it has a small town feel with modern convenience. This property is very accessible and easy to get to. The room had a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and hot plate.

The trash outside was full and the bathroom in the lobby had a stopped up toilet that needed addressed. Our room however was excellent.

Fantastic room! Clean & comfortable. Loved the kitchenette & full-sized refrigerator.

My check-in experience at the front desk was unbelievably slow, unfriendly, and unprofessional. There were two girls helping one couple in front of me. Neither of the girls even acknowledged me. The couple in front of me took a ridiculously long time to get checked in and were in their own world of chatting, but the front desk staff didn’t do anything to acknowledge me, who stood waiting to check in for over 20 minutes. The outside door to the pool and hot tub was locked, so I had to go around to the front entrance to get back into the building after using the hot tub.
