"On road trip. Made reservation online using Starlink. Online ratings misleading"

Booked online. Staff was nice but didn’t seem very knowledgeable about there role and using computer systems for check in wanted to use Apple Pay for security staff didn’t know how to. Took t 2 people to figure out room available.lots of time wasted. Hotel new but seemed cheap elevator very slow
