Sandman Hotel & Suites London Downtown

The bed was very comfortable! Loved having a separate bedroom from.sitting area.

Various doors were locked at different times. It isn't a terrible walk from door to door but was annoying.

Lots of poor reviews for this hotel based on the neighbourhood - welcome to downtown London! There's a few hotels on this same strip, they all have the same challenges, Sandman is a solid choice and very good value. My wife and I never felt unsafe, there are lots of security measures that the hotel has put in place. The hotel itself is a little dated, but very well kept. We opted for the King Suite and it was impeccably clean, quiet, comfortable, and very well appointed. Even the provided breakfast was a pleasant surprise with some premium options. Absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again, and will recommend it to others. Thank you to the excellent and super friendly staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

It was a 10 minute walk from Canada Life place. We stayed one night to go to a concert. Really good pub across the street, but lots of options in the area. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Relatively quiet. Grab and go breakfast had good choices.

Building is a little run down, but that's not a deal breaker. Other ppl have complained about the homeless shelter next door, but there was a visible police presence in the area and security available. We didn't feel unsafe. They kept to themselves and didn't bother anyone.

Bed was pretty hard, toilet needs to be elongated and higher

The room was fine, big bed was great.

The area of london is rough, but I know you have no power on this.

The building and rooms are old and need update atlease update the rooms paint Rey every white color to freshen up the place it felt I was in 70s

When checking in at the front desk Was met by an amazing Lady, My husband is in hospital in London, She was very considerate and caring for my needs .
