Overall, the hotel room was decent and the staff was good. Wish parking was better; we came back and all of the stalls were taken when we had room reservation. The staff was able to make parking accomodations
We just popped in for a night during our road trip. We checked in late and the front desk was super accommodating. Comfy and clean.

Staff was exceptionally rude. When politely asked if it is possible to check in 30 minutes early the manager went on a rant about how he gets this request every single day and he’s sick of being asked and he can’t do it. He let us check in 20 minutes early, but complained about it. He even mentioned he had multiple vacancies that night, so clearly it wasn’t an issue with the room being ready. It’s fine if the answer to the question about checking in early is as simple as “unfortunately no.” However, based on our experience and the other reviews I’ve seen, it’s clear the manager takes out his job frustrations on guests. He was nicer once we were polite even after his rant, but he definitely ensured we’ll never stay here again. We booked this place because of its affordability, so I was not expecting some grand level of hospitality, but basic human decency is a pretty low bar that was not met. The facilities were meh - you get what you pay for. Bed sagged like there were springs broken or missing, pillows were lumpy, the bottom bed sheet wasn’t fitted so it came off easily without even sleeping in it yet, and bathroom is a bit dingy. Overall clean enough though, and fine for the price if you’re okay with really bad customer service which you can probably avoid if you don’t request anything extra, park really close to the curb in the parking lot, and have an ID that exactly matches your booking name).

The property was clean and very nice. The only downside was during a four day stay they only service the room once. And the rates were very inflated since it was car week.
