I would not recommend this property. I was at a wedding and was going to check in after around 10:30pm. I received a voicemail that my reservation would be canceled even though I paid in advance. In the middle of a wedding they wanted my credit card information to leave the room card under the doormat. The man on the phone was incredibly rude. The room was also very old and in need of renovation. I would NOT recommend. We only stayed for 1 night and that was too much. There are other models on that street where I have received much better service with updated and clean rooms.
We liked the proprietors, good location for our purposes, felt safe, was clean. Has microwave and mini-fridge. Has smoking garden for smokers away from the rooms. A few improvements that would be good: odd smell in room - maybe the cleaning products? A little rust in tub, tiny industrial-style towels, cracked floor tiles, very low toilet not good for old people.
USNothing. I prepaid in advance. I have stayed there many times. The manager/owner turned around and refused my stay without giving any reason. He is so rude.
Everything. Horrible unbalanced owner. He decided without any reason or provocation to let me stay even though I had prepaid. Maybe he sold my room to someone else but who knows. Worst experience of a motel.
GBOnly wanted a bed for the night so at the price it was excellent as it was clean, comfortable and very welcoming & helpful desk manager.

The carpeting in the room that I was given was full of stain and appeared very dirty/not washed in a long time. The manager acknowledged that it was an old carpet. I asked for a different room but was told that it was the only room available. I did not stay at this motel and cancelled my reservation through Expedia.
The staff was great. The room was clean but flies were in the room.
Inexpensive and has the basics. Cable, no coffee pot. Convenient.
