I booked the room last minute on Hotels.com since I was only in town 2 days and needed something quick and convenient at 1am thats close to a family member’s house. Pros: Location next to CVS, Galleria Mall, plenty of restaurants and stores. Clean/spacious rooms, hallways, lobby. Quiet. Price. Cons: 24/7 Parking garage Security Guard but….the garage is littered with trash!! No lights, pitch black. $30/day Self Park $40 Valet. If it wasn’t for security I would have left the same day. Customer service is hit or miss. For me, it was horrible upon arrival and excellent at departure. The agent as I was leaving definitely made me feel a little better about my stay.

Tv didn't work and shower head leaking other than that it was ok.

Terrible hotel. No service. No housekeeping, no restaurant and overpriced parking.

Made reservation and when we got there hotel was closed.

Was informed on check in that all amenities like gym, bar, restaurant are all closed indefinitely.

Not as polished as it used to be but grateful for the refuge post storm. The track holding the window curtain was literally falling from the ceiling. Informed the front desk staff multiple times but maintenance never came to see about the issue.

Very poor hotel from outside to interior. Dirty room and rusty tub. Would like a refund
