Jolene at the front desk is terrific. She went above and beyond to get us the type of room I need while staying here for my medical treatment. Jill in the breakfast area did a super job for us. Very upbeat, friendly and efficient. They helped make our stay at Doubletree very enjoyable!

"Top Tier Hospitality"

This double tree seems to have recently updated the rooms with efficient but aesthetic bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and all the crab tree and evelyn bath products you could want. The daily breakfast buffet is quick with great options. There are no allergy labels which could be an improvement. The staff throughout is exceptional and the type of kind and attentive that I expect in South Carolina. Jill is incredible and remembered me day to day and made sure I had everything I needed.

"Nice work"

I stayed at this DoubleTree for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall the stay was pretty good. One worker who really stood out to me was Terrence. He had a great attitude, and his hospitality skills are truly 10/10. His exceptional service made our experience even better!

"Jill is a great server"

This review is for Jill in the dining room. We have spent a couple of weeks here and Jill is our server most of the time. We are greeted daily with a smiling face and great service! This is so nice to start our day like this while going through a very rough time with our son in the hospital.
