DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North

Our department had this hotel chosen last minute, it was thankfully staffed with knowledgeable employees. Overall, our experience was great. Burto was very helpful and patient, and Terrence provided great suggestions, displaying hospitality from check-in to check-out. Overall, thoroughly impressed by the staff’s professionalism and creative thinking. Good work to both young gentleman.

Love this hotel! Overall the staff is very friendly and receptive to the guests needs. Restaurant and bar has very good food and service. Scottie, the shuttle driver, is welcoming and always punctual. I will always stay here when in town!

Becky has been so helpful!! I stayed about a month ago for work and she was beyond sweet and even able to help me get hot chocolate. Becky and Jolene also helped with a room issue which was resolved immediately. When choosing which hotel to come back to it was a no brainer. Beautiful hotel, clean and everyone is great.

- On arrival, we were told that the hotel does not provide any assistance to book taxis. Without the Uber app (we are foreigners), we were more or less helpless. The hotel gave us the business cards of drivers who overcharged us. - On arrival, the hotel receptionist was unable to provide any information about the nearest bus stops. The receptionist did whatever she could to make us feel unwelcome. - On arrival, there was nobody to assist with luggage. - The corridors had very dirty carpets - In the room, there was only one sitting chair for two guests. The dinner was marginal and extremely noisy; however, there was no advice about nearby restaurants. - A bus was ordered by the University to bring participants to a conference. The bus was swarmed by many guests who had not booked seats. The Hotel receptionists had no control and blamed the University!! - Other staff, except the receptionists, were friendly and helpful. Time for a pep-talk, so the hotel could show a friendly welcome? Do not stay there if you are a foreigner without a car.

What a great trip From the minute we walked in Becky was so welcoming and sweet! Then we hit the bar Humberto was great had the best personality! 5 stars all around . The hotel was super clean and wow Go Blue!!! Shout out to Brandon the manager he was so great!

We had a great 2 night stay here, made all the better by the incredibly helpful Becky at reception who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The Double Tree is such a charming hotel, a little off the beaten path, but still very accessible to all of Ann Arbor. And while the rest of town is overrun and over crowded after the game, Angie and the crew at the Arbor Tree Lounge restaurant are sure to take care of you, with great service and great food.

The conference coordinators (Patty & Ash) did a great job! Food was hot and fresh! Super customer service! Friendly staff.
