Days Inn by Wyndham Batesville

The first ‘non-smoking’ room they put us in smelled like someone had chain smoked in there for a year! The next room had mold growing in the shower/sink area because they used click together plank flooring in a wet area.

Had a stranger unlock my room in middle of the night. Very disturbing. Staff was indifferent when they were told about it.

Nice staff, but old property - the room door was so bad it had to be forcefully opened every time.

We actually never stayed. We checked in to the hotel and were giving our room key. Upon walking into the room, it smelled very badly of cigarettes and marijuana. There were large flies all over the room concentrated mainly on the drapes. I went back to the desk and asked for another room. They found us one, but when going to it, there was a broken down van in front of it. The bed cover was dirty and the room smelled like mildew. They quickly refunded our money and we made a call and got a room at a different hotel. The staff was courteous and friendly. The motel has not been kept up on the outside. The pool was out of order and the room was filthy.

Both rooms we stayed in smelled like cigarettes, dirt on the floor, dust, the mirror was broken, neighbors was loud, breakfast was not good. $84 for a room like this is steep I’d probably only pay $60 a night

Comfortable bed. Excellent shower with shower chair. Nice cool room. Considering the cheap price, it was a bit better than could be expected.

Floors were not clean. Dead roach behind chair. TV reception sketchy. Door seal was lacking. Could see daylight through shut door. Breakfast was sadly lacking even for a continental breakfast.

The room was super dirty, sheets had stuff on them. Shower was dirty and there was a space between the shower faucet and the wall where water can get in and grow mold. The chair in the room was so gross that they needed to throw it out. I would like my money back. I told the front desk the next morning and they really did not care.
