It was convenient as a stop after a long drive and good value for a motel compared to the others around the same location

It STINKS of stale cigarette smoke. Like almost unbearable - if we weren’t so exhausted we would have left. It was disgusting and everything we had smelt the next day

room was spacious and clean

I enjoyed my stay the people were nice

Nothing I didn't like

Tv did not work and the air conditioning was making noise. Tub was very slippery.

toilet seat broken, smoke detector without battery, shower handle fell off, towel rack pulled out of wall, microwave didn't rotate, A/C filter so filthy that no air could circulate. Had to clean myself to cool room, toilet bowl not bolted to floor, shower without non-skid strips, hand holds, or rubber non slip mat. Accident waiting to happen. Cosmetically updated recently but would not recommend it.

The front desk staff, especially Ms. Cathy, were exceptional.

The host was real nice

The shower sliding door was broken on one side. The bedding had a hole in it

Don’t do it. Spend the money for something you won’t have to worry about bedbugs in. Our first room had no working tv. Our second room had a tv, but my bed spread had questionable crusty stains. When I pulled off the bedspread there were two long black hairs on the sheet. I’m a brunette with blonde highlights. I insisted on new linens, which turned out to be ill-fitting. Pretty sure it was a case of queen sheets on a full bed so the corners kept slipping off. There was a crusted food stain on the floor.The bathroom was so tiny you couldn’t sit down and then shut the door- your legs were in the way. The wall between the tub and the toilet had mildew stains, and my favorite “decorative” touch- a large dried green booger on the wall above the toilet. The bathtub was dangerous. No bathmat and no safety rails. The only thing between my 89 year old father and a broken hip is the shower curtain, which fortunately for the hotel, held his weight when he grabbed it on his way down.

Nothing stood out.

This was just an overnight stay on our way back home from the Gulf Shores .
