USThis property is located in a bad area you can see people getting out of the rooms smoking weed plus that is a pet friendly place, they don’t maintain the instalación clean or in good condition our room was dirty you can see pet hair everywhere we cancel our reverberations because of the condition but I never received my refund. I definitely don't recommend this property

Room had cockroaches, the counter motos were still dirty not well cleaned couldn’t sleep comfortable knowing there was cockroaches roaming all over.
Pictures make hotel look very nice but it definitely would never stay there ever again . Didn’t have any towels tub was dirty they didn’t clean the room at all !! Had razors in the draws holes in the wall !!
The dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. The carpets in the hall are disgusting, the floor in the room was dirty, the toilet was filthy.
The amount of repairs going on and the fact that you can tell people were living day to day there and sometimes was very noisy from other guests. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

They were supposed to have WiFi and my room WiFi did not work and they said it may be location of my rooom but didn’t provide me another room or nothing. Also my room was dirty, hair all over restroom.

USThe location of the hotel was perfect for everything we needed/wanted to do, and the room had no bugs or trash.
despite having multiple "no smoking" signs, the hallways and our room both smelled of smoke. We were only given 1 towel for the whole room and when I requested more I was told there was none and I was given hand towels instead. After a misunderstanding with our booking (I accidently booked one less day than was needed) the staff decided to scare and berate my family while I was gone, 30 minutes after the checkout time, and refused to let us charge the card I had on file unless I came in person, which I was unable to do at the time. We instead had to charge for our last night on a different card, and under my sister's name. The entire situation I feel could've been avoided if they had simply called the room and asked instead of yelling and scaring our children.
GBUSDoors on side did not work.. had signs not to use because of the card readers not working did not get towels or clean the room at all they didn’t have pots to match their stove top no coffee pot and there were random spots all on my bed
