Terrible since we walk in the front. reserved a month prior, got there at 5;30PM, check in was at 3pm, room was not ready, was told by front person to come back at 6PM, I told him no, if room is not ready I would cancel my reservation. He said to give him 5 minutes to check if room service was done cleaning that room. There was a lady walked in asking if her room was ready yet?They asked for a $30 deposit, never been asked for a deposit before, room was terrible, no clean towels, no complimentary soaps, the toilet water kept running, had a whole covered under the sink, smelled like Marijuana, when there was a sign stating no smoking including vaping, phone did not work, TV did not work. Room smelled bad. Dogs were barking all night. We stayed at the 3td floor. Was a horrible stay. Please do not reserve there, front desk were rude, like if it was our fault they were having all these bad things happening,
USTV did not work, they did not have towels, room smelled like weed, sheets were dirty, we called a couple times to check on the tv and they never showed, i said I needed another room but apparently none had working tv, i wanted to relax and we had a terrible night could not find another room since everything was sold out, definitely bad experience.

Did not stay we left it was dirty, towels had hair on it, everything is old and needs remodeling. Don’t trust the pictures they have
