Spark By Hilton Louisville Airport

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. There were no ceiling tiles in the hall, light fixtures were hanging down. Our room was not clean. The pictures on the website are not at all what the hotel looks like. The outside looks like gangs live there. The inside is not welcoming, nor homey like a hotel should be. We didn’t feel safe at all so we left and got a different room somewhere else. Not to mention we got there a little early and had to pay $20 in CASH to check in early. Not sure how this place is even in business anymore. When you call or go up to the front desk and ask for a manager they tell you they just left but there really isn’t even a manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place DO NOT stay here.

Lock was not secure on the door and the fridge was not working properly which ruined my 15 buck salad that I ordered early to have for dinner but things happen to not fault of anyone. It was a nice stay.

Very nice time friendly front desk bed was very comfortable

Our room was dirty looking, mold all around shower door. Bathroom was clearly NOT mopped. Very dirty around commode. The outside wall where it meets the floor, you could see daylight in a foot long strip. Welcoming critters. One of the days we were there they turned the water off in our room for 3/4 of the day and was never notified about it. When we confronted the desk about it and asked to be moved to a room with water we were told that it was to be back on soon. 6 hours later is when we had water. 8:30 pm!!! No Showers, no flushing the toilet. No brushing teeth. We did ask for a discount because of the issues we had and it was a flat NO. Very unacceptable for a hotel. Still would like to discuss a refund.

Liked location. Disl8ked, breakfast was very limited, seemed to be construction going at the property.

The hotel was not not clean it was run down , the first room had broken drawer handles no soap, and the shower door leaked, we had to get moved to another room the next room was a little bit better but had black mold on the curtain wich is right by the air conditioner so the air is blowing right thru the mold, the desk chair was broken so when you sat it would just lean forward in a position you couldn’t sit in, the juice bar at breakfast had orange juice or apple juice but it ended up just coming out as water.

The place is clean. Beds are real nice. Staff are kind

This place was disgusting starting with the filthy entry doors you can see thru. You walk in to dirty floors in the lobby. The hallways had outlet covers lying all over and the side boards off. Maybe they are doing construction? The room wasn't clean. The counters had food and dried dpills. The sheets had yellowbstains on them. The toilet had dried pee all over the seat. We checked in around 11pm and checked ourlt around 6am. The planes, the highway and worst of all the broken furnace made it impossible to sleep. It clanked and banged. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. It advertised breakfast.. There were some rotting bananas, and a broken juice machine. The lemployee said there was a pop machine, so we did that and the machine kept our money.
