Spark By Hilton Louisville Airport

The employees were all nice. Though close to Kentucky Kingdom the area is riddled with beggers and drugs. Everything wrong with hotel was blamed on renovation. However, it is not my belief that cosmetic upkeep affects plumbing, puts ants in room and so on. We left 2 days early and of course no bill adjustment.

The rooms were sub par. Kept but needed maintenance. Very noisy could put soft close on doors. Heard every slamming door. Carpets are filthy! Furniture pulled out for ? No reason? Furniture all over in the lobby. Didnt know if they were gettingvready for a rummage sale or what. Waited at the front desk for check-in about 15 min before anyone arrived. Hotel is stationed right under an overpass by the airport. VERY, VERY, NOISY!!!

This place is so so dirty.. the halls were littered with smalls pieces of paper or drywall all over the hall floors.. rooms gta get disinfected as soon as we got there.. and he'll no we wasn't taking no shower in there.. guy at the desk seemed bothered by us even coming in. Acted like he was on blow or something.. super sketch place. Drive to next block and stay in that hotel bypass sleep in.

Everything about the hotel was bad

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, however the appearance when you first walked in was a little rough due to the construction. Breakfast had many choices and was good.

Apparently they are remodeling but not a word from anyone that would be going on. - boxes everywhere, not vacuumed, room smelled of smoke and was hot (took a while to cool down), breakfast was terrible. Desk person was not friendly. The actual room appeared clean but by the time you got there you wondered if it really was clean - after seeing the conditions getting to the room. At $200 a night - it didn’t come close to being worth the money!

This was the worst stay of my life- bugs- building falling a part - wet paint everywhere- smelly rooms- hot as hellll- holes in carpet, wires hanging from ceiling

Nice place

There were large holes in the carpet, paint was peeling off the walls. To top it off, there were bed bugs that we took a picture of, and stained, wet sheets. We were traveling with a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with disabilities and this was a very unsafe situation for them. We checked out early and expect a refund after this experience.
