Days Inn by Wyndham Charlotte/Woodlawn Near Carowinds

Friendly staff. Very nice suite. Breakfast was only 3 / 5.

It was clean and seemed safe , no weird people hanging around or anything like that.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like but for complimentary breakfast I was surprised there was no juice or anything accept coffee.

Lo único que no me gustó alrededores que entra gente indigente,, mi opinión es que deberían de prohibir entrar ala propiedad,, por seguridad de daños ala propiedad de los huéspedes

The rooms stink from the dirty carpet and unproper cleaning we visit on April 5-7 I had to leave on the 5th at 1am in the morning due to Waterbugs being in the room and the front desk attendant wasn't any help so I had to check in at another hotel it was terrible ALSO the pool is non-working so please don't GO off the photo this hotel is dirty and nasty. The area isn't the safest as well.

The lock on our door to our room was broken and the secondary lock was also broken. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it at about knee height. The area around the property had multiple homeless people. Out the back door to the motel were empty coffee and liquor bottles and under the bed there were traces of bed bugs. We left and went to another hotel.

Breakfast location is very good the only problem is there's no Breakfast only coffee 95%of the time

The bed was firm, there was plenty of parking. The desk staff is friendly. My only concerns: an old too-worn upholstered chair and the dask lamp with 2 extra plugs that did not work. I have learned to carry an extension cord. The adjacent restaurant is Mexican food (I didn't eat there but they were busy).

This is not the best hotel that I’ve visited by Wyndham. Please work on customer service and training that saying demeaning things to customers is unacceptable. Please working on training the room service providers to adequately clean rooms.
