Terrible, Jetted bathtub. Not sure where that was. Satellite tv? Still running old analog with half channels missing and not on large screen as discribed. Breakfast selection very poor. Restaurant wasn't open and probably would have got food poionibg if it was. Noise all through the night and walls very thin.
It is the best hotel in Kilyos. You must try breakfast at the cáfe of the hotel that named "Emel'in Yeri". They serve a good example of Turkish village breakfast and every plate that they put onto the table had its taste. Hotel stands right behind of the fish restaurants on the shore of Kilyos. That means perfect location
1. Beautiful location. 2. Very peaceful and restful. 3. Clean rooms. 4. Beach is a very short walk away. 5. I don’t speak Turkish , but ad no problems in English. 6. Lovely jacuzzi in the room. 7. The food the kitchen provides is really outstanding!
The person who checked us in seemed unfriendly. No smiles, no hello, but the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a amazing location. Two minute walk to an amazing beach and some restaurants. The rooms are a bit small and the carpet in our room was so filthy. The carpet in room 213 needs to be replaced. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Whoever's their chef, they do a great job. 1 hour drive, with no traffic to heart of Istanbul ( app. 150TL, with taxi). If you want to be near the airport its perfect.
We stayed only 1 night to relax before we flew out from the new Istanbul Airport being only 20 minutes drive away. Hotel was average for a beach resort. You have to walk down hill a few minutes to the beach which is not free to enter, town very small so not much to do
The location was great , the hotel was clean , staff are super friendly . When the AC in our room didnt work , the nightshift reception i guess her name was (ògzel) instantly upgraded our room and gave us an amazing room . They also allowed us to have a late checkout and the other receptionist who was in the morning (i forgot her name :( ) was of great help in the matter of the beaches and where to go ..totally would do it again :)
We spent the weekend at Kilya Hotel and it was a great experience. I highly recommend the place, the service was really good. The room was spacious and clean.
